💫 Returns

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for:

• Items marked as Final Sale

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized items

• Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

🚚 Return Process

To start a return, please email us at [your support email] with:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

• Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We’ll review your request and send return instructions if it’s approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

🔁 Exchanges

Want to swap for a different item? Please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we’re so sorry! Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
